Job summary

Kardex is seeking a Director New Business Iberia to lead our business across Spain and Portugal. This high-visibility role reports to the Regional Director New Business and oversees about 23 professionals across Sales, Realization, Solution Sales, Inside Sales and Marketing Communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial growth in industrial equipment or other complex B2B environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 20+ in an international organization.
• Full P&L responsibility with a track record of delivering commercial/financial results.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Technical degree with business/management education is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Business organization across Spain and Portugal with full responsibility for business performance and profitability.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy in line with regional growth ambitions.
• Coach, develop and empower the leadership team to create an engaging, high-performing environment.
• Drive operational excellence across Sales and Realization; ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet customer expectations.
• Champion a structured, consultative sales approach using Salesforce CRM and Miller Heiman methodology.
• Collaborate with Life Cycle Services, Finance and other functions as a key member of the Iberian leadership team.
