Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an HR Consultant Iberia to support the People Partnering team across Spain and Portugal. The role covers Tier 2 HR support over the employee lifecycle, aligning with local legislation and company standards to enhance employee experience.

The successful candidate will handle onboarding, employee data accuracy, payroll coordination, and HR projects for Iberia, collaborating with managers and specialists to ensure compliant HR delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Iberian labor laws and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and people processes across Spain and Portugal.
• Provide Tier 2 guidance to managers and employees on HR processes and employee lifecycle matters.
• Support workforce administration, including employee data accuracy, job changes, promotions, leavers, employment documentation, and liaison with external authorities.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including local HR induction and benefits registration.
• Support talent acquisition processes, including review of job descriptions and requisitions.
• Assist early careers processes, including internship administration and coordination with Talent Acquisition.
• Administer local benefits, payroll-related processes, and compensation activities.
• Support performance management and talent processes, including goal setting and development plans.
• Coordinate employment changes, severance calculations, and employee exit in collaboration with People Partners.
