Job summary

Morgan Philips Executive Search is seeking a Head of Customer Service Iberia for its Madrid-based subsidiary. You will own the Customer Service function across Spain and Portugal, leading experience and transformation initiatives.

You will drive service excellence, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with commercial leadership to fuel growth while building high-performing teams across Iberia. Fluent in Spanish and English, you will shape the future of service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, or Operations.
Strong track record in team management and business transformation.
Commercial mindset with a strategic vision and hands-on leadership.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Customer Service organization across Spain and Portugal.
Drive customer satisfaction, operational performance, and service transformation.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with commercial and leadership teams to deliver business growth and customer excellence.
