You'll work with teams across Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and future expansion, while shaping governance, HR, and financial oversight to deliver profitability and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in travel, tourism, aviation, or hospitality.
• Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple locations across Iberia.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and strategic development across Spain and Portugal.
• Manage client relationships with airlines, tourism boards, suppliers, and partners.
• Oversee corporate governance and legal representation in Spain and Portugal.
