Getac, a global leader in rugged computing solutions, seeks a commercially minded Business Development Manager to grow our Iberia presence. You will own enterprise sales, develop channel partnerships, and drive sector strategies across Spain and Portugal.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise sales, a proven target achievement record, and strong consultative selling skills. Expect regular travel and close collaboration with product, marketing, and partners.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in channel and partner development.
• Consultative/solution-selling approach.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sector sales strategies, including target account identification, customer development, channel partner development, and ISV/IHV engagement plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline within the assigned market.
• Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted enterprise accounts.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners.
• Support the Getac Accredited Partner Program and channel development strategy.
• Collaborate with the Product Solutions Team to identify customer requirements and develop sector-specific solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing to execute quarterly marketing and lead-generation programs.
• Participate in local trade shows and partner events; regular business travel is required.
• Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present sales performance, pipeline status, market strategy, and action plans.
• Monitor and communicate target customer developments, sector trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely SFDC updates, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipeline management.
