NetApp is seeking a District Manager for Spain and Portugal to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across the region, delivering strategic plans, managing revenue growth and stakeholder relationships.

The role requires strategic thinking, enterprise technology experience, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and territory execution.

Formación

• Experience leading sales teams in technology or IT infrastructure
• Proven ability to develop and execute territory plans to drive revenue
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience selling complex technology solutions
• Ability to travel within territory and manage multi-channel accounts

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Spain and Portugal
• Drive revenue growth through new lands and expanding share-of-wallet
• Coach teams on pipeline development, forecasting, and MEDDICC discipline
• Build executive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing and Partner teams
