Jobgether is partnering to recruit a District Manager based in Spain. You will oversee a portfolio of stores across multiple lifestyle brands, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.

• Proven multi-store retail leadership experience at district/area/regional level.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Ability to translate KPIs into actionable store-level actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives.
• Analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, implement focused action plans.
• Translate data into insights and clear actions for in-store behaviors and customer experience.
• Conduct structured store visits with coaching, assessment, and execution of standards.
• Develop and lead recovery plans for underperforming stores and ensure sustainable improvement.
