3M seeks an Activation Marketer for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) to drive regional growth by executing impactful marketing plans, engaging channel partners, and generating end-user demand. You will collaborate with Sales, Channel Managers, and EMEA teams to localize campaigns, support launches, and strengthen ecommerce execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field.
Strong stakeholder management to align sales, channel and engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsabilidades

Develop and lead Spanish and Portuguese activation plan in line with commercial goals.
Coordinate local events, campaigns, and PR to drive awareness and demand.
Support MSO initiatives and Account Based Marketing plans for key MSOs.
Lead launch plans including forecasting, enablement tools, and demand generation.
Partner with channel teams to develop impactful Joint Business Plans.
Drive e‑commerce activation through content, listings and digital channels.
Localise global assets into Spanish and ensure market relevance.
