The role requires sales/marketing experience, a business degree, strong operational skills, and the ability to influence diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sales or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Strong operational and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to interact with and influence cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead local activities aligned to division activation calendar with sales teams.
• Execute demand generation programs and track conversions at country level.
• Provide local analytics and insights to global teams for program refinement.
• Communicate marketing updates to local sales and channel teams.
• Support local market share growth and 3M brand preference with insights.
• Execute local activation plan from global priorities.
• Deploy key programs and campaigns.
• Enable end-to-end commercialization of NPIs.
• Drive share gain in partnership with sales.
• Monitor local market insights and channel execution.
• Support portfolio management for Spain country team.
• Influence marketing programs, portfolio and planning.
