Adidas is seeking a skilled IAM professional to lead secure identity and access initiatives. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to modernize identity workflows, automate lifecycle processes, and implement governance controls at scale.

The role emphasizes Hybrid Identity, Entra ID operations, and strong communication across teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions globally.

Formación

• College or university degree with focus on IT.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Fluent English skills (verbal and written).
• Identity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM).
• SSO & application integration (SCIM, REST APIs).
• Hybrid Identity (On-Prem AD & Entra ID).
• Proactivity and team-player attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IAM initiatives to enable adidas' strategy through secure identity and access experiences.
• Modernize identity workflows and automate lifecycle processes.
• Implement governance controls at scale and drive transformation across security programs.
