adidas seeks a Senior Manager Information Security to lead a team of Security Architects and drive secure architecture across cloud, IAM, network, and application security, ensuring alignment with business priorities and digital transformation.

You will define standards, run ARB, guide risk assessments, and collaborate with legal and engineering to enable value delivery for consumers while maintaining robust security practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 7 years of IT experience with 5 years in security architecture.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient English.
• Experience in cloud security, IAM/SSO/Zero Trust, application & API security, or network security.
• Knowledge of threat modelling, secure SDLC, and modern architectures (microservices, containers).
• Proactive, team-oriented with adaptability to change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Security Architects delivering target-state architectures for cloud, identity, network, and application security.
• Align security architecture with business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of modern frameworks (Zero Trust, cloud-native security).
• Lead architecture review boards (ARB) for new systems and major changes.
• Define and enforce security design standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Ensure consistency across regions, business units, and platforms.
• Develop and communicates corporate information security policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and other experts to provide security guidance.
