OneTrust seeks a Senior IAM Engineer in Madrid to design and operate core identity security capabilities across the enterprise, including IGA architecture, PAM, and secrets management. You will lead automation, integrations, and governance while collaborating with Security, IT, and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes strategy, design, and execution with opportunities to mentor peers and influence technical direction across cloud and SaaS environments.

Formación

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 5+ years of IAM experience and 3+ years in PAM/secrets management.
• Experience in cloud and SaaS IAM environments.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement IGA capabilities including lifecycle, access reviews, and governance.
• Design and maintain ILM framework and controls.
• Build IAM integrations using SCIM, SAML/OIDC, APIs with automation.
• Mature PAM controls, including JIT, session controls, auditing.
• Implement and manage secrets management for human and non-human identities.
• Develop automation with PowerShell/Python/Bash and IaC (Terraform).
• Respond to IAM incidents and contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Document standards, procedures, and provide stakeholder guidance.
