Adidas is seeking a Security Architect & Transformation leader to guide secure technology delivery across the organization from Zaragoza. You will architect target-state solutions spanning cloud, identity, network, and application security while ensuring alignment with business priorities.

You will drive adoption of modern security frameworks, lead ARBs for new systems, and define standards and reference architectures.

Formación

• College or university IT degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years IT experience with 5 years in the relevant security area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English.
• Deep experience in at least one: Cloud security, IAM, App & API security, Network security, or Data & AI security.
• Understanding of threat modelling, secure SDLC, and modern architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Security Architects who will be core to delivering the listed objectives.
• Establish target-state architectures for cloud, identity, network, and application security.
• Align security architecture with business priorities and digital transformation.
• Drive adoption of modern frameworks like Zero Trust and cloud-native security.
• Lead architecture review boards for new systems and major changes.
• Define and enforce security design standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Ensure consistency across regions, business units, and platforms.
• Develop and communicate corporate information security policies and guidelines.
• Provide authoritative security control guidance with legal and technical teams.
• Understand client needs, analyze, propose options, and facilitate collaboration.
• Maintain expert knowledge and consolidate expertise from multiple sources.
• Conduct and contribute to research activities and produce reports/roadmaps.
• Monitor emerging technologies, assess threats, and produce roadmaps.
