CSC is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Tier 2 support for Global Financial Solutions applications. You will diagnose complex incidents, perform RCAs, and partner with development and infrastructure teams to improve reliability.

The role requires experience in enterprise applications, SQL databases, Windows, APIs, and monitoring tools, with a hybrid work model across Madrid/London offices. Strong communication is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise applications in production.
• ITIL Foundation or higher desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 support for GFS applications, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.
• Escalate as needed and maintain SLAs with clear communication.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and document actions.
• Contribute to knowledge articles to improve Tier 1 resolutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to improve reliability.
• Review changes for risk and operational readiness.
