Job summary

Alayan is seeking a Country Project Coordinator to assist the Country Manager Iberia in steering strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. The role acts as a central reference point among management and business functions, translating priorities into concrete actions, tracking progress, and ensuring effective information flow.

You will build executive summaries, presentations and reports, coordinate stakeholders, and enrich CRM with insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in project management, business analysis or strategic planning.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to synthesize information for management presentations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Country Manager in coordinating operational and strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring progress and alignment.
• Act as a liaison between the Country Manager, management and business functions, gathering inputs from stakeholders.
• Provide clear, decision-oriented summaries to the Country Manager based on updates from senior teams.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reports for management meetings.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders, track deadlines and progress of key initiatives.
• Ensure CRM is enriched and translated into actionable insights for leadership.
• Provide commercial support to the Country Manager and sales, following up on opportunities and priorities.
• Assist in preparing strategic meetings, defining priorities and tracking decisions.
• Promote collaboration across functions to speed up execution and alignment.
• Share best practices with TESYA Group sister companies.
• Identify information gaps and escalate to the Country Manager in a timely manner.
• Support development of new initiatives and business cases when required.
