Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking a Product Management Specialist to drive the commercial success of a portfolio across Iberia. You will translate market opportunities into business results, aligning with the category strategy and supporting growth ambitions.

Based in Alicante with a hybrid work model, you will lead product launches, lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with marketing orientation.
• Experience in assessing customer needs in B2B/B2C product environments.
• Experience in international teams and culturally aware.

Responsibilities

• Define how to grow the product category.
• Manage product portfolio and lifecycle including launches, pricing, margin and cost optimization, promotions, and vendor management.
• Build product knowledge and propose portfolio changes.
• Understand market trends, capture VOC, and conduct competitor analysis.
• Track category performance and recommend corrective actions (promotion, activation).
