Leybold Spain is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive VTS product and service sales across the defined territory, with a focus on direct customer engagement and collaboration with the regional sales structure.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and ability to work cross-functionally to meet revenue targets within a hybrid working arrangement from Barcelona offices.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong direct selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams within Leybold and execute the VTS growth strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement business plans for the territory driving growth, revenue and profit for VTS.
• Deploy the strategy via local sales structure or direct channels.
• Prepare and adopt rolling plans to maximise customer-facing time, with >50% in direct contact.
• Achieve revenue and profit goals for the VTS territory.
• Provide monthly territory reports.
• Maintain Leybold systems including C4C and CRMs.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Marketing and other departments.
• Work with sales management and the wider team for transparent territory management.
• Develop product/service launch plans with the VTS Division for the customer base.
• Report on competitors’ activities.
