Airbus Defence and Space seeks an Onboard Safety-Critical Software Engineer & Leader to contribute to embedded airborne systems in Getafe, Madrid. You will own software requirements, architecture, and DO-178 B/C activities for safety-critical onboard computers, driving verification and cross-functional collaboration.

Requires a degree in computer/software engineering and at least 10 years of experience, with strong C/C++ and RTOS knowledge, and advanced English.

Formación

• Degree in Computer, Software Engineering or similar is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in similar positions.

Responsabilidades

• Own Software Requirements Specification for Onboard Safety Critical Computers.
• Define Software Architecture for Onboard Safety Critical Computers.
• Lead Hardware/Software Integration Testing for Onboard Safety Critical Computers.
• Develop Software DO-178 B/C for Onboard Computers and support verification.
• Consider safety, quality, performance, cost, environmental, operational and industrial requirements.
