Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe is seeking a Cockpit and Ground Control Systems Engineer for the Cockpit and Ground Control Systems team. The role focuses on M&L and Derivatives, with emphasis on avionics, safety, security, and certification activities within an international environment.

The candidate should have a strong background in system engineering, MBSE and embedded software development, plus experience with airworthiness and certification processes.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Aerospace or Information Technology).
• 5–7 years of professional engineering experience.
• System Engineering experience.
• Airworthiness and certification processes experience.
• Embedded software design and development.
• Model Based System Engineering experience is valuable.
• Team worker and proactive.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within an international team.
• English: Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Operational requirements analysis and systems architecture definition.
• Specification of functional and equipment requirements.
• Generation and maintenance of the design documentation (e.g. interface control documents, requirements documents, test protocols, etc.).
• Generation of systems specifications.
• Supplier management tasks (manufacturer monitoring, qualification monitoring, etc.).
• High Level Software specifications.
• Integration, validation and verification tasks of avionics.
• Contribution to Safety and Security analysis, Certification and Qualification activities.
• Support to Services.
