Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) is seeking a Software Requirements and Test Engineer to drive embedded software requirements and verification across the lifecycle. You will lead design decisions and coordinate with product and program managers, system engineers and validation teams to deliver high-quality software.
Travel is occasional (3-day trips) and the role demands fluency in English and Spanish, a strong background in real-time/embedded development, and a focus on robust
Formación
- Education in software/IT/telecommunications or related engineering field.
- Experience in real-time and/or embedded software development and verification.
- Strong ability to define software requirements and perform verification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and fluent English and Spanish.
Responsabilidades
- Define and document software requirements based on system specifications.
- Develop software verification test cases and procedures.
- Maintain traceability matrices across specifications and tests.
- Execute tests, record results, and report defects with fixes.
- Coordinate with product/program managers, system engineers, and validation teams.
- Aid in planning and scoping projects and support timely delivery.
