Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid region) is seeking a System Safety Engineer to ensure aircraft products meet safety standards throughout design, development and support. You will perform safety analyses, manage interface requirements, and provide safety evidences to Airworthiness Authorities as part of a multidisciplinary team across Design offices and suppliers.
The role requires a Master’s in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering, good English, and collaboration across domains.
Formación
- Master degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Good knowledge of Aircraft systems and safety concepts.
- Experience with Safety Assessment interfaces to Airworthiness/Certification is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Perform System Safety Assessments for aircraft systems and support development toward certification.
- Examine system functions to identify and classify failure conditions by severity.
- Generate safety evidences for Airworthiness Authorities and manage safety requirements at interfaces.
