Job summary

Imperial Brands in Madrid seeks a Sales & Operations Planning Manager to drive accurate demand forecasts, ensure stock availability, and support sales growth. You will lead the regional monthly forecast and IBP components, coordinating with Sales, customers, and Supply Chain teams to align commercial and supply objectives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in demand and/or S&OP/IBP, insights or commercial analytics.
Strong data analytics and ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Analyse market dynamics and translate trends into robust forecast models.
Consolidate insights on promotions, lifecycle milestones, and competitor actions to manage volume and market share.
Own the integration of drivers into the monthly demand forecast across priority markets and SKUs.
Manage the IBP demand component with 36-month rolling plans in each cycle.
Partner with Sales to align demand plans with commercial expectations and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Central Demand Planning to review forecast performance and drive improvement.
