Job summary

Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to drive IBP-based forecasting and demand planning for the CM R/HDX sales channels.

You will collaborate with an IBP data scientist to generate reliable forecasts and coordinate demand reviews across marketing, sales, and finance. The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, supporting S&OP processes, and delivering actionable insights to maximize account sales and inventory turns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in forecasting or planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Demand Forecasts using IBP data science modeling and market input.
• Coordinate Demand Reviews with sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Execute Demand Planning to provide reliable forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales trends and drivers to inform planning.
• Perform root cause analysis on forecast accuracy and bias.
• Derive consolidated forecasts and monitor IBP deviations.
• Facilitate best practices and drive improvement actions.
• Monitor forecast consumption and alignment with goals.
