Job summary

Medtronic in Spain seeks a Senior Account Specialist for Cardiac Ablation Solutions. Based remotely in Spain (preferably Comunidad Valenciana), you will launch innovative EP technologies and train physicians and staff across the region.

You will provide expert clinical and technical support, conduct demonstrations, develop customer relationships, and stay informed on competitive offerings. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a driving license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Sales or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures and product.
Background in Cardiology or as a Cardiac Physiologist is preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for excellence.
Valid driving license with clean record.
Understanding of 3D mapping systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff on the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA, and Arctic Front technologies.
Deliver product demonstrations, installations, and ongoing support for successful technology adoption.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted partner.
Develop clinical and technical knowledge of products and monitor competitor offerings.
Maintain composure in high-stress situations with proactive, solution-oriented thinking.
Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory reviews and planning.
Serve as liaison between sales teams and technical staff for seamless communication.
