At Atolls, we are seeking an Intern Customer Success Agent to join our Customer Support team from the Madrid Office. You will be among the first contacts customers rely on, ensuring queries are handled clearly and efficiently with care.

You will help spot recurring issues, share insights with internal teams, and improve the everyday support experience across Atolls' platforms. This role offers a hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth within a global team.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer success or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer requests through channels such as tickets and emails.
• Investigate issues, provide clear solutions, and follow up to resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, IT to elevate issues and improve journeys.
• Identify, document, and report technical issues and recurring problems for improvements.
• Review customer feedback and manage online reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and app stores.
• Identify recurring topics to improve self-service resources and chatbot flows.
