Bruce is seeking an HR & Office Manager to own HR operations and Spanish employment administration within our fast-growing, international publishing team. The role is based in Barcelona with a flexible hybrid policy and a permanent contract.

You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, contracts and employee records, payroll liaison with external advisers, and manage the Barcelona office and day-to-day operations.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and professional English or French proficiency.
• 1+ year of experience in HR, People Operations, Office Management or a related role.
• Familiarity with Spanish employment administration or labour-law compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, contracts and records, HR system updates, absences and benefits.
• Coordinate Spanish HR compliance for 50+ employees including compliance programs and audits.
• Coordinate payroll administration with external gestoría and HR data accuracy.
• Manage the Barcelona office: liaise with suppliers, IT, facilities, and day-to-day operations.
• Handle purchasing and logistics: stock, expenses, supplier budgets, deliveries and welcome visits.

Conocimientos
