Job summary

FundRock, a leading UCITS management company, seeks a Central Administration & Oversight Officer in Valencia. You will oversee fund administration activities, monitor NAV production, and ensure regulatory compliance across the funds platform.

Work with internal teams and external service providers to review reporting, escalate risks, and drive service excellence in a dynamic international environment. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic background in accounting or finance.
• Ideally first professional experience in fund accounting, depositary services or audit.
• Knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD and fund regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking with client focus.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
• Ability to multi-task and stay driven.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent English written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform controls on NAV production and KPI data provided by the Fund Administrator.
• Investigate and escalate potential risks.
• Oversee Lux-GAAP, IFRS accounting, and NAV oversight, including fee and distribution controls.
• Review fund budgets, invoices, and TER plausibility.
• Assess late trading and market timing for regulatory compliance.
• Identify risk impacts on NAV and contribute to resolutions.
• Review internal and external reports and documents.
• Report to management on operational risk assessments.
• Maintain service calls with providers until issues are resolved.
• Assist in restructuring and aligning services to future client/regulatory needs.
• Strive for high quality in all client services.
