Colliers in Madrid is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join the Technology Hub. You will build and maintain cloud-native and hybrid workloads on GCP and Azure, with IaC and automation playing a central role, reporting to the Senior Manager Cloud Engineering in a hybrid setup.

This role offers fast-paced learning, high visibility, and the chance to shape processes, technology strategies, and delivery excellence within a global Real Estate leader.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Strong knowledge of GCP and Azure, including networking and IAM.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams using Jira, GitHub, Miro and Azure DevOps.
• Global, multicultural work experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement scalable and secure GCP infrastructure based on alignment with Technical Design Documents and business requirements.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, including IaC versioning and change-control workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, through reusable, well-documented infrastructure modules.
• Monitor cloud performance, reliability, and cost using GCP-native tools (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Cost Management).
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards (e.g., IAM, VPC, encryption, audit logging).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and incidents.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans, backups, and high-availability configurations.
• Ensure infrastructure meets SLO/SLA expectations through supporting incident resolution.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and runbooks.
