Job summary

Shining 3D Technology GmbH seeks a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive growth of our digital dental solutions. The role blends technical knowledge with commercial execution in a hybrid work model.

You will build distributor relationships, enable clinical adoption of Scan, Design & Print workflows, and collaborate with marketing, product management and R&D to deliver clinical value and growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in Dental Digital, CAD/CAM, or Medical Devices is valued.
• Solid understanding of digital workflows and 3D tech is advantageous.
• Master degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or Dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sales opportunities through meetings, consultations, demonstrations and training.
• Drive clinical adoption by educating customers on digital workflows.
• Develop and deliver clinical training for distributors and end-users.
• Build relationships with KOLs and clinicians to support growth.
• Provide advanced clinical and workflow consultation to distributors.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and R&D to create content and events.
• Act as clinical expert for complex customer cases and ensure long-term success.
