eDreams ODIGEO seeks an experienced Android Lead Engineer to join the Travel Things team in a hybrid setup, based in Barcelona or Milan. You will lead a high-performance team building our next-generation mobile experience across Prime services and post-booking features.

Expect collaboration with Product, Architecture and Data Science to define strategy, mentor engineers, and uphold coding standards while delivering scalable, high-quality software.

Formación

• Strong Android development experience with Kotlin and modern architectures.
• Experience with MVVM, RESTful services and clean architecture.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and scalable systems.
• Knowledge of design patterns, data modeling and OO design.
• Experience with AI-powered coding tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional agile team of 7–10 engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture and Data Science to shape technical strategy.
• Translate specs into high-performance designs and code.
• Hire, onboard and mentor new joiners and grow the team.
• Promote technical excellence and drive fast, data-driven decisions.
