eDreams ODIGEO is hiring a Frontend Lead Engineer for the Prime program in a hybrid setup in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid). You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, shaping the frontend architecture using ReactJS, GraphQL and modern testing tools to deliver a high-value subscription experience for Prime members.

You will collaborate with Product, Architecture and Data Science to drive technical strategy, performance, and customer value, while mentoring developers and growing talent

Formación

• Knowledge and experience with coding, OO design, system design, performance tuning, performance engineering, design patterns, data modelling

Responsabilidades

• Leading a high performing cross functional agile team of 7-10 experienced software engineers and developers
• Collaborating with Product, Business, Architecture, Data Science to shape the technical strategy and evolution of the Prime domain
• Translating functional specifications into high-performance technical designs and task breakdowns
• Mentoring team members and promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Hiring and onboarding new joiners in collaboration with recruiters
• Managing performance, setting goals and prioritising work for the team
• Establishing team identity and strong collaboration with an agile coach
