eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Travel Things Team in Barcelona or Milan. You will shape technical strategy, mentor a high-performing team of engineers, and drive delivery of a next-generation ancillaries platform powering our Prime programme.

You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data Science and Business teams to deliver scalable systems and high-quality software in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Must have OO design, system design and experience with performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional agile team.
• Define and execute technical strategy for modules within Prime domaib.
• Translate functional specs into high-performance technical designs and tasks.
• Promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Hire and onboard new engineers in collaboration with recruiters.
• Manage team performance, goals and priorities.
• Foster identity and belonging within the team and mentor others.
