eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a Java Senior Software Engineer to join its Customer eXperience team in Madrid or Barcelona with a hybrid work model. You will drive technical work, provide guidance, and lead code and architecture reviews while delivering high-impact projects for a global travel platform.

Ideal candidates bring deep Java expertise, cloud and DevOps experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Formación

• Extensive Java experience including modern language features and OO design.
• Experience leading technical work and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with cloud environments and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical work as a Senior Engineer for the team.
• Provide technical guidance for complex initiatives and improvements.
• Improve code structure, architecture, and testability; identify investments.
• Deliver projects with multiple stakeholders while managing risks and timelines.
• Mentor teammates, conduct reviews, and share knowledge across the org.
• Communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders.
