eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for Prime in a hybrid setup in Madrid or Barcelona. You will lead a cross‑functional team to scale our travel subscription platform, shaping technical strategy and delivering high-value features.

You will mentor engineers, promote excellence, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Data Science to drive growth of Prime members and a superior customer experience.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of coding, OO design, and system design.
• Experience with distributed, concurrent, scalable systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical coding assistants.
• Ability to translate specs into high-performance technical design.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional agile team of 7-10 software engineers.
• Define technical strategy for Prime domain modules and ensure performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data Science to shape roadmaps.
• Mentor teammates and drive high standards of quality.
