Aufgaben

• Manage incoming queries from suppliers, buyers and requisitioners, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve complex supplier and invoice discrepancies by working with internal teams and suppliers.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and identify root causes of outstanding or incorrect transactions.
• Apply established Accounts Payable processes to solve cases while delivering a positive customer and supplier experience.
• Partner with Procurement, Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable invoice-entry teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support new country and process implementations, developing expertise in country-specific requirements.
• Monitor, maintain and report KPIs and business metrics.
• Provide backup support for other countries requiring language capabilities and process knowledge.
