Nexthink is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Madrid. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Team Leader and collaborates with Accounting, Procurement and FP&A. Key responsibilities include vendor invoice processing, payment runs, and expense approval with NetSuite and Expensify.

Requires 2-3 years in AP and fluent English/Spanish. The position offers a hybrid work model, base salary €33,000–€37,000 gross per year, and a comprehensive rewards package

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-3 years in a similar role.
• NetSuite experience a plus but not mandatory.
• Tech-savvy with accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and payments; vendor creation and maintenance.
• Handle payment runs and expense reports.
• Support month-end close with AP ledger reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury and FP&A teams.
• Drive AP process improvements and governance.
