NEXT MARITIME is seeking an early-career Human & Organizational Development Assistant to support culture, talent experience, and organizational transformation in a dynamic, international setting. You will work closely with the Head of Human & Organizational Development on real projects.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in HR, organizational psychology or related fields, with interest in HRIS tools, talent management, and corporate culture.
