NEXT MARITIME is seeking an early-career Human & Organizational Development Assistant to support culture, talent experience, and organizational transformation in a dynamic, international setting. You will work closely with the Head of Human & Organizational Development on real projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in HR, organizational psychology or related fields, with interest in HRIS tools, talent management, and corporate culture.

Formación

  • Degree in psychology, HR, business or related field.
  • Interest in organizational psychology and development.
  • Experience or internships in HR and people management.

Responsabilidades

  • Talent Acquisition & Selection: publish vacancies, screen CVs, coordinate interviews.
  • Organizational Development: support structures, role definitions, improvement projects.
  • Feedback & Employee Experience: support feedback processes, onboarding, and HRIS usage.
  • Culture & Internal Communication: contribute to culture initiatives and engagement programs.

Human & Organizational Development Assistant

At NEXT MARITIME, we continue to expand internationally and are looking for someone with a strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, and Organizational Development to join our Human & Organizational Development team.

You will work closely with our Head of Human & Organizational Development, contributing to real projects involving culture, talent, employee experience, and organizational transformation in a dynamic, international environment.

What will you learn and contribute to?

Talent Acquisition & Selection
  • Publishing job vacancies and monitoring applications
  • Screening CVs and coordinating interviews
  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes
  • Contributing to employer-branding initiatives and relationships with universities, vocational training centers, and other educational institutions.
Organizational Development
  • Updating organizational and departmental structures
  • Supporting the definition of roles and processes
  • Participating in organizational improvement projects
Feedback & Employee Experience
  • Supporting the implementation of feedback and development processes
  • Helping activate and manage HRIS tools
  • Monitoring performance-review and continuous-feedback processes
  • Supporting onboarding and employee-experience initiatives
Culture & Internal Communication
  • Contributing to organizational-culture initiatives
  • Supporting internal communication and employee-engagement projects
  • Assisting with workplace climate and conflict-management initiatives

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an early-career professional with approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, People Operations, Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Development.

You may have studied:

  • Psychology
  • Labour Relations and Human Resources
  • Business Administration with a specialization in people management
  • A master’s degree related to Human Resources or Organizational Development

More importantly, you are genuinely interested in:

  • Organizational psychology
  • Talent management
  • Corporate culture
  • Organizational development
  • Change management

We would particularly value:

  • Relevant professional, internship, or project experience
  • Familiarity with HRIS or ERP tools
  • A good level of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
