Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated HTA Programmer to support German AMNOG dossiers with emphasis on statistical programming and data analysis. Ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists with HTA/HEOR interest.

You will work on German AMNOG modules, collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, and Medical Affairs teams, and contribute to automation of analysis workflows while ensuring high scientific quality. Fluent German and English are required, and a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs and endpoints.
Familiar with CDISC SDTM/ADaM and German AMNOG processes.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Perform analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy and safety endpoints.
Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons for interpretation.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and other HTA bodies.
