Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated HTA Programmer to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG dossiers and clinical trial data analysis, with leadership in automation and reproducibility.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, 2+ years in HTA or related fields, and strong SAS/R programming skills.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field.
Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or clinical development experience preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs and endpoints.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
Perform analysis of clinical trial data including efficacy and safety endpoints.
Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and HTA bodies.
