Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access efforts from a Spain-based hybrid/remote setup. The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with substantial statistical programming experience.

You will contribute to analyses for Module 4, perform meta-analyses, and help automate workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams including HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA specialists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and interpret outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of results.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, GBA, and HTA bodies.
