Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated HTA Programmer to support AMNOG and market access activities in Germany. The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with strong statistical programming experience, focusing on German AMNOG dossiers and SDTM/ADaM data.

You will collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams to ensure rigorous analyses, reproducibility, and high-quality outputs that inform reimbursement decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• German AMNOG process knowledge or IQWiG/G‑BA familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with programming for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure quality and clear interpretation of results; monitor methodological developments.
