Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German, based in Spain, for hybrid work from Madrid. The role focuses on statistical programming to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access activities.

Strong background in biostatistics and data science, plus knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM, is essential. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate analysis workflows, and ensure high-quality outputs for regulatory and payer submissions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy and safety endpoints.
• Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of outcomes.
