Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment (HTA) and market access activities for Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming for Module 4 and clinical data analysis.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA, applying CDISC standards and robust analytical methods to deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, Market Access or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM and German AMNOG processes is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers with programming of analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
