IQVIA in Madrid, Spain seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities for Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming for Module 4 analyses and data-driven decision support.

You will collaborate with Market Access, HEOR and EU-HTA teams, apply CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards, and contribute to automation of analysis workflows. Fluent German and English are mandatory; a strong background in biostatistics or data science and 2+

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming statistical analyses for Module 4.
Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety and endpoints.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, GBA and relevant HTA bodies.
