Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for a remote/hybrid role. The position supports health technology assessment (HTA) and market access activities, with a strong emphasis on statistical programming and data analysis in German dossiers.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, 2+ years of SAS programming experience, familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets.
• Knowledge of German AMNOG, IQWiG, or G-BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with focus on SAS analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for reliability.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of outputs.
• Monitor IQWiG, G-BA methodologies and HTA developments.
