Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German proficiency for Spain-based remote/hybrid work. The role focuses on statistical programming to support AMNOG dossiers and HEOR market access. Ideal candidates are biostatisticians or data scientists with strong data-to-insight visualization skills.

You will develop analyses for Module 4, collaborate with Market Access and EU-HTA teams, and ensure rigorous, reproducible results across clinical data studies.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Knowledge of German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
