Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to work on health technology assessment and market access activities based in Spain. The role emphasizes statistical programming, analysis of German AMNOG data, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across HEOR and EU-HTA.

The candidate will contribute to AMNOG dossiers, assess clinical trial data, and automate analysis workflows while maintaining high scientific standards and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics or data science
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR or Market Access
Solid understanding of clinical study designs and endpoints
Familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG or G-BA procedures

Responsibilities

Develop German AMNOG dossiers with emphasis on analyses for Module 4
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EU-HTA teams
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outputs
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and HTA bodies
