GETEC Group is seeking an experienced HSE leader to advance occupational health and safety initiatives across construction, maintenance, and operations. You will drive regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement in safety performance.

The role requires a degree in engineering or environmental safety, 5+ years in HSE leadership, and strong knowledge of ISO management systems and ESG practices. Fluency in English and Spanish is desired as we operate across Europe and Iberia.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in HSEQQ leadership roles within construction, energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
Certified Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (PRL) is preferred with multiple specializations.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, environmental compliance, and contractor management.
Experience with ISO management systems, audits, and continuous improvement programs.

Mansioni

Leading the internalization and development of occupational health and safety activities across the organization.
Ensuring compliance with HSEQQ, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout construction, maintenance, and operations.
Managing contractor and supplier safety performance, including audits and improvements.
Conducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
Promoting a strong safety culture through training and awareness campaigns.
Coordinating ISO management systems audits (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
Overseeing environmental permits, licenses, and waste management.
