Greenvolt is seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead the Group’s HSE strategy across its international operations. Reporting to the Sustainability & Corporate HSE Director, this role will drive governance, standards and programmes to embed a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will combine a Master’s degree in a relevant field with a Level VI HSE qualification and 10+ years of multinational HSE experience, with strong ISO 45001/14001

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional HSE qualification Level VI or equivalent.
• 10+ years of HSE experience across corporate, multi-site and international settings.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy, construction, or related environments.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Lead the Group HSE strategy across businesses and geographies.
• Develop governance, policies, standards and management systems.
• Drive HSE performance via KPIs, audits, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with leaders to embed HSE in decision-making and operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continual improvement.
• Support HSE priorities within Sustainability and ESG agenda.
• Represent Greenvolt in forums and external engagements.
