GETEC in Madrid seeks an experienced HSEQQ leader to oversee health, safety, environmental and quality activities across construction, maintenance, and operations. You will drive compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, manage contractor safety performance, investigate incidents, and push continuous improvement and decarbonization initiatives.

Fluent English and Spanish, a relevant engineering degree, PRL certification, and at least five years in HSEQQ leadership are required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Energy or similar) or related discipline.
• Certified Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (PRL) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in HSEQQ leadership roles in construction/energy contexts.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, environmental compliance, and contractor management.
• Experience with ISO management systems, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internalization and development of HSEQQ across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO standards in all activities.
• Manage contractor safety performance, audits, and improvements.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Promote safety culture through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate ISO audits and ESG/decabonization initiatives.
• Oversee environmental permits, licenses, and waste management.
• Define and report ESG and HSEQQ KPIs to leadership.
• Support ESG assessments, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and O&M teams for safety and quality.
